All Pros, no Cons
Exceptional amenities, incredibly welcoming staff, and breathtaking views from my room, making the stay truly memorable. I also appreciate that they are pet-friendly, which added to the delightful experience!
The location is about 30 to 45 minutes from downtown, which can be quite inconvenient if you're planning to explore the city frequently.

the suite was barely worth the price, especially when the jets in the tub didn’t work, and maintenance took ages to come. also, who only provides two coffee pods? woefully inadequate. they clearly didn’t care about my comfort. i almost gave a good review, but the lack of any special treatment for my stay left me seething.

Quiet escape with amazing staff
My stay was wonderfully quiet after a long flight, with spacious rooms and a lovely bath. The staff were particularly attentive and promptly arranged for extra help when my daughter fell ill.
Despite the great stay, the air conditioning system was a bit challenging to manage. I wish I had clearer guidance on how to operate it without disturbing my comfort.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The spacious superior king room impressed me, especially the beautiful wall mural. The hotel features delightful on-site restaurants offering excellent Asian and Mexican cuisines. However, I faced some service issues and subpar cleanliness. For a better stay, request housekeeping attention up front.
